LTFRB to accept online TNVS applications starting July 24

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) would start accepting online appointments for the processing of provisional authorities for transport network vehicle services (TNVS) starting July 24.

According to a Tuesday report on GMA 7 news program "24 Oras", the LTFRB would start accepting online appointments starting Wednesday at 8 a.m., when its dedicated website goes online.

"Ito nga pong online na appointment, para lang passport na convenience time mo, tapos hindi ka na pipila sa office, sa araw at sa ulan," LTFRB Technical Division Chief Joel Bolano said in the report.

"Any time of the day, basta may appointment ka for that day, you can go to the office," he emphasized.

Online processing would be accomplished through the LTFRB's website www.ltfrb.ph.net/pa which will accept the processing of up to 1,000 applicants per day.

The same report noted that there would be no processing of walk-in applicants on July 24. — DVM, GMA News
