Seems nothing is certain in life except for death, taxes, and rising tuition. For some parents, tuition may strike more fear than the Grim Reaper. Professional financial planners interviewed by GMA News Online said parents should start planning for college education as early as possible, or even as soon as their child is born. Financial experts, however, said looking at other investment vehicles—like long-term time deposits at one end of the spectrum and stocks on the other—may be better to stave off the rising costs of education.  Still, financial planners say it's never too late.
