Bank schedules for 2022 EDSA Anniversary holiday


Most of the Philippine banks will be closed on Friday, in commemoration of the EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary, but several lenders said select branches will be open to serve their clients.

Below is a list of the schedules of local banks for February 25, 2022:

  • Asia United Bank (AUB)

    All branches will be closed.

    Regular banking operations will resume on Monday, February 28, 2022.

  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

    All branches will be closed.

    Branch operations will resume on Monday, February 28, 2022.

  • BDO Unibank Inc.

    Select branches will be open up to 4 p.m.

  • Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. (HSBC)

   All branches will be closed.

  • Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank)

    A number of branches will be closed.

    Other branches will operate on shortened banking hours.

  • Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM)

    All branches will be closed.

  • Philippine National Bank (PNB)

    Most branches will be closed.

    Branches at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Security Bank Corp.

    All branches will be closed.
