PDEA agent, woman nabbed in QC drug buy-bust

An agent from the Philippine Drug Enfrocement Agency was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City, a report on Balitanghali Weekend said on Saturday.

The suspect was identified as Mario Luisita David Israel, assigned at the PDEA Calabarzon. He was arrested along with Cynthia Eusebio.

They were caught in possession of five sachets of suspected shabu. A gun and the car they were using were also confiscated from them.

They will be facing charges for violation of The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 or Republic Act No. 9165 and Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act or RA 10591. — MDM, GMA News
