The MMDA will reinforce the policy to help ease the traffic problems in EDSA as loading and unloading of provincial buses along the thoroughfare causes traffic congestion, Garcia said.

Violating provincial bus drivers will be fined with P500, the MMDA general manager said.

According to Garcia, the no loading, unloading policy for provincial buses has been an old policy of the MMDA, but most bus drivers ignore the policy. — RSJ, GMA News
