Angkas announces food delivery service


 

 

The motorcycle taxi service Angkas has announced through Twitter that a food delivery option is available for its clients while the enhanced community quarantine is in effect.

"Delivering food isn't our expertise. Madaming mas magaling dyan," Angkas posted.

"Nakiki-epal lang kami, pero gagawin namin ito para may pagkakitaan ng pera yung mga biker namin kahit pano, at sa kagustuhan din namin tumulong magdala ng mga pangangailangan ng ating komunidad na naka quarantine."

Angkas assured that the delivery service is legitimate and the company will not profit from the added service.

"Para sa mga bikers ang lahat ng ito."

For the instructions for the delivery service, clients are to get in touch with the restaurant of their choice to place their order, pay the restaurant (cashless if possible), leave contact details with the restaurant.

Meet the driver and pay for the order if if the arrangement is cash on delivery, the delivery charge, and parking fee.

A "No Touch Policy" is also in place. The driver will leave the item/s on his seat for the client to pick up. -- BAP, GMA News
