2 workers nabbed as viral print shop 'continued to fake COVID-19 results'

The authorities on Friday arrested two employees of the print shop which faked a COVID-19 test result in Quezon City.

According to Lei Alviz's report on "24 Oras", Jeshan Roldan and Angelica Delyola were arrested in an entrapment operation by the QC Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

"Nag-conduct kami ng entrapment for confirmation sa nag-viral and then sa complaint sa amin. Naging positive naman po... na tuluy-tuloy yung transaction nila," said Police Captain Edwin Fuggan, deputy chief of the QCPD-CIDG.

"Ito nga po yung nagbigay sa amin ng print ng pamemeke ng medical certification," he added.

Police are still looking for the shop's owner and the customer who asked for a fake COVID-19 test result and whose pictures at the computer shop in Barangay 117, Caloocan City had gone viral.

The complainant in the case is One-Rad Medical and X-Ray Clinic based in Quezon City.

The clinic is the institution which released the COVID-19 test result document which was manipulated at the computer shop. -NB, GMA News
