Manila Archdiocese Apostolic Administrator Bishop Broderick Pabillo now tested negative for COVID-19.

In his written homily read by Fr. Carmelo Jek Arada during a Mass at the Manila Cathedral on Sunday, Pabillo said that he did not experience any symptoms of the disease.

You're prayers are really powerful,” he added.

Pabillo said he will return leading the Mass next Sunday.

On July 23, Pabillo said he had tested positive for COVID-19 based on a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test result. —LBG, GMA News
