Man shot dead in Port Area, Manila —MPD

An unidentified man died on the spot after being shot in Port Area, Manila on Sunday morning, according to a report from the Manila Police District.

The victim, around 30 to 40 years old, wearing a white shirt and black shorts, was shot by an unidentified assailant at Rail Road Street corner  12th Street in Port Area.

Police said the Pat Gonzalo Cafe received a report from Barangay 650 Zone 68 barangay officer Rodolfo Trono  about the shooting.

Pat Cafe and other Baseco personnel immediately went to the area and confirmed the incident.

Investigator Police Staff Sergeant de Guzman and the Baseco Police Station personnel are currently gathering information on the incident. —LBG, GMA News
