Floods brought by Typhoon Ulysses

Several areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces have been submerged under floods due to Typhoon Ulysses on Thursday.

Residents have been calling for rescue via social media posting photos of situation in their homes and neighborhoods.

Some of the areas affected by the flood as seen in the photos include Bulacan, Rizal, Pasig City, and Quezon City.

Marikina City is one of the most affected areas in Metro Manila as the Marikina River reached the water level dumped by Typhoon Ondoy in 2009.
