Lola rescued after being left inside SUV at supermarket parking lot

An elderly woman was rescued after she was trapped inside a parked SUV in a supermarket in Alabang.

According to Oscar Oida’s report on “24 Oras”, the woman was crying for help as she was having difficulty breathing inside the car.

Based on the viral video uploaded by Grace Samillano-Lacusong, the woman even tried to open the door of the car but it was locked.

“Pinabubuksan niya sa akin ‘yong pinto... Uhaw na uhaw na raw siya. Gutom na gutom na siya tapos hindi siya marunong magbukas ng door,” Lacusong said.

After an hour, the owner of the car returned and had an argument with Lacusong.

The owner said the woman had Alzheimer’s disease but did not explain why they left her inside the parked car.

“Sa akin lang, gusto ko lang talaga makita ‘yong welfare ni nanay, kung kumusta talaga siya ngayon. And in case ‘di nga talaga nila kamag-anak, I hope we find a way na mahanap ‘yong relative ni mommy kasi tumatanda na rin siya,” she said. -Ma. Angelica Garcia/NB, GMA News
