MPD Station 11 under special quarantine, 46 cops test positive for COVID-19

Manila Police District chief Police Brigadier General Leo Francisco has placed MPD Station 11 under special quarantine after 46 police officers tested positive for COVID-19.

Francisco confirmed the news to GMA News Online in a text message.

"46 as of 2:30 p.m. and nasa special quarantine ang PS 11 pending the test of all the 241 personnel doon," the MPD chief said.

He added that two of the infected personnel are in the hospital, one of them severe while the other one has mild symptoms.—with Anna Felicia Bajo and Joviland Rita/AOL, GMA News
