San Juan City starts vaccination of indigent population


San Juan government on Monday announced that the indigent residents or under A5 category will be vaccinated against COVID-19 starting Tuesday, June 15.

On Facebook post, San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora announced that those eligible for vaccination must bring:

  • government ID
  • certificate of indigency from barangay
  • confirmatory text on their schedule of vaccination

The immunization for indigents will take place in FilOil Flying V Centre or San Juan Arena.

On Carlo Mateo's report over DZBB, about 300 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were allotted for the first day of vaccination for the indigent population in the locality.

Meanwhile, San Juan will still continue the vaccination for those who belong to A1, A2, A3 and A4 category.—Consuelo Marquez/LDF, GMA News
