Kris Aquino cries foul over Bong Go's 'naloko' joke
TV personality Kris Aquino on Wednesday said she was hurt by senatorial candidate Christopher "Bong" Go's joke pertaining to her past relationship with actor Philip Salvador.
During a campaign sortie of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-LABAN), Go said in jest that Salvador, whom he called Ipe, had "fooled" Kris.
Kris shared the video of the incident on Instagram.
"So much hurt deeply in the past few days. I was shown this video while in Japan and had actually reached out to Senatorial Candidate Bong Go because turo ng Dad ko, panindigan mo na good sport ka," Kris said in the caption.
Kris was in a highly-publicized relationship with Salvador in the '90s and they have a child, Joshua.
The video shows Go's joke drew laughter from the audience.
Kris said she did not do anything wrong to Go, adding that she only has good words for the senatorial bet who, according to her, is a "sure winner" in the coming midterm polls.
"But what about the women without financial security and family?" she added.
Go was President Rodrigo Duterte's special assistant before he quit his post to run for senator.
