Senate bets covering more areas as campaign enters first month


A month into the campaign, senatorial candidates are trying to cover as many areas as possible, making their way into crowds to appeal for a vote. 

According to a report by Cedric Castillo, independent candidate Shariff Albani had a discussion with tribal leaders in Zamboanga del Sur.  Rafael Alunan was in Dumaguete City.

Neri Colmenares met with lawyers in Iloilo, while Leody de Guzman, Sonny Matula and Allan Montano visited Mandaluyong.

Juan Ponce Enrile held a motorcade in Pasay, while Elmer Francisco and Dado Padilla also had their respective sorties.  Larry Gadon was in Hog Kong last March 3.

In a motorcade in Nueva Ecija, Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya was Lito Lapid.  Willy Ong visited Cavite and Rizal.

Otso Diretso bet Gary Alejano met with Cebu residents.

Hugpong ng Pagbabago had a rally in Lucena, attended by its bets -- Sonny Angara, Cynthia Villar, Ronald dela Rosa, JV Ejercito, Jinggoy Estrada, Francis Tolentino, Jiggy Manicad, Dong Mangudadatu, Imee Marcos and Bong Revilla.  Another HNP bet, Pia Cayetano joined a marathon in Cebu. —LDF, GMA New
