Duterte out of public eye for five days, Panelo says he’s busy with paperwork

President Rodrigo Duterte was out of the public eye the entire work week since he attended the opening of Palarong Pambansa on Sunday.

In an interview over dzMM, Presidential spokesman Secretary Salvador Panelo said Duterte was busy with paperwork and is now in Davao City.

"Oo, bising-busy nagtatrabaho. Ang daming paper works, ang daming binabasa," Panelo said when told of Duterte's absence in the public eye over the past five days.

Duterte has admitted getting regular blood tests and treatment for Buerger's disease.

Malacañang has repeatedly said that there was nothing to be concerned about Duterte's health. —NB, GMA News
