So where was Duterte when he was out of the public eye? Watching Netflix

President Rodrigo Duterte, who has not been seen the entire work week since attending the opening of the Palarong Pambansa on Sunday, finally gave the public an idea of what he's been doing, among other things: watching Netflix.

Duterte sent Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat a photo of him watching "Django Unchained" on Netflix at home.

On Friday, presidential spokesperson Secretary Salvador Panelo said Duterte was busy with paperwork and is in Davao City.

"Oo, bising-busy nagtatrabaho. Ang daming paper works, ang daming binabasa," Panelo said when told of Duterte's absence in the public eye over the past five days.

Duterte has admitted getting regular blood tests and treatment for Buerger's disease.

Malacañang has repeatedly said that there was nothing to be concerned about Duterte's health. —KG, GMA News
