Manhunt operation underway to arrest Advincula —PNP
The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday said a manhunt operation is "underway" to arrest Peter Joemel Advincula, the man who claimed to be "Bikoy" in the series of viral anti-Duterte videos.
In a text message to GMA News Online, PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Bernard Banac said Advincula is facing arrest for estafa and large scale illegal recruitment.
"Manhunt operation of PNP-CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group) is underway to find and serve the warrants of arrest against Peter Joemel Advincula and his cohorts for estafa issued by the MTC of La Trinidad, Benguet on September 26, 2007 and for large scale illegal recruitment issued by RTC of Baguio City on August 10, 2007," he said.
Banac then called on the public to report to authorities any information that could lead to the arrest of Advincula and his cohorts.
A report by Mark Makalalad on Dobol B sa News TV said the PNP-CIDG is already in possession of an arrest warrant against Advincula.

According to the arrest warrant, Advincula used several aliases to elude policemen.
Advincula surfaced at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) office on Monday and said he is "Bikoy," the narrator of the "Ang Totoong Narcolist" videos which linked the First Family and former Special Assistant to the President Christopher "Bong" Go to the illegal drug trade. —with Anna Felicia Bajo/KBK, GMA News
