Heat Maps, Vote Graphs, Smart Search: Inside GMA News' Eleksyon 2019 results site

The Eleksyon 2019 site on GMA News Online will feature the fastest live results of the May 13, 2019 elections shortly after voting closes at 6 p.m. on Monday.

The website is available at www.gmanews.tv/Eleksyon2019 and will feature results for national and local positions, Users can navigate the site with Smart Search, a technology developed by GMA New Media, Inc. to allow users to find the results they are looking for — even if they misspell the search item!

 

Users can check out the results for every position for every province, city, and municipality.

 

 

The Eleksyon 2019 site will also feature Heat Maps for votes for each senatorial candidate, giving users a breakdown of which areas that aspirant fared well — and where he or she did not.

 

The website will also feature Vote Graphs, which will show the voting performance for each candidate over time as election returns are processed. Users can compare particular candidates and track their race for 12 seats.

 

Users can also save candidates to their Favorites, allowing them to quickly access the results for aspirants in whom they are most interested. —JST, GMA News
