Jolo shooting incident killing four Army soldiers nine cops involved in the incident

PNP spokesman Police Brigadier General Bernard Banac on Tuesday said the nine Jolo cops were set to appear before the National Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday.

 

The 9 Jolo cops were escorted out of the NBI HQ after the preliminary investigation. The will be brought back to Camp Carme.

According to Banac, the cops will still be under the custody of Camp Crame.

Wednesday's appearance of the Jolo police officers at the NBI was part of the preliminary probe into the Jolo incident that the Army considered as a "robout," with the Jolo police insisting that it was a shooting incident.
