Gov't allows Binibining Pilipinas 2021 coronation night subject to health protocols


The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has allowed the staging of Binibining Pilipinas 2021 coronation night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 11 subject to health and safety protocols. 

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said Friday all participants and guests of Binibining Pilipinas are required to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test 48 hours prior to the event.

Meanwhile, oral tests for Foreign Service Officers Examination will be held on July 28 to 30.

Roque said 26 examinees will be taking part in the oral tests to be held at different venues within the Department of Foreign Affairs building.

Over 3.2 million Filipinos are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 so far, a far cry from the government’s target of vaccinating 58 million people by the end of the year.—AOL, GMA News
