National Vaccination Days set for last week of November — NTF

The Philippines will conduct simultaneous vaccination activities in the last week of November, according to the National Task Force Against COVID-19 on Saturday.

The NTF did not provide specific dates for the National Vaccination Days, which aim to administer at least five million vaccine doses.

As of November 4, the Philippines has administered a total of 62,474,334 jabs nationwide bringing the number of fully vaccinated individuals to 28,718,856 or 37.23% of the target population.

Vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. said the Philippines aims to inoculate 70% of its target population or 54 million Filipinos with at least one dose by the end of November, adding that the same number of individuals need to be fully vaccinated by yearend. — Richa Noriega/VBL, GMA News
