Pharmally execs Mohit and Twinkle Dargani arrested in Davao
Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation executives Twinkle Dargani and her brother Mohit Dargani have been arrested, Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Major General (ret.) Rene Samonte said.
According to Super Radyo dzBB and GMA News' Nimfa Ravelo, Samonte said the duo were apprehended at the Davao International Airport in Davao City at around 5 p.m. on Sunday. They were on board a chartered plane bound for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

They are now in the custody of the Senate.
Last month, the Senate blue ribbon committee cited the siblings in contempt after they failed to provide the necessary documents being asked by the panel.
The committee is looking into the Department of Budget and Management-Procurement Service's purchase of P8.6-billion worth of face masks, face shields, and PPEs from Pharmally, a firm with only P625,000 as paid-up capital.
Mohit is Pharmally’s corporate secretary and treasurer while Twinkle is the firm’s president. — BM, GMA News
