311 stranded in ports, more flights cancelled due to Henry 


At least 311 passengers were stranded while more domestic flights were canceled due to Typhoon Henry (Matmo) before noon Monday.
 
The Philippine Coast Guard said that as of 11 a.m., 311 passengers were stranded at the Ports of Cebu and Sorsogon due to the typhoon.
 
Stranded as well were nine vessels and eight rolling cargos, the Coast Guard added.
 
Henry was expected to enhance the southwest monsoon and cause heavy rain in parts of Luzon and Visayas.
 
Two canceled flights
 
Meanwhile, the Department of Transportation and Communications announced two more cancelled flights due to bad weather:

5J-530: Naga to Manila
