PDEA agents seize over P3-M worth of shabu in Zamboanga City sweep

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency seized over P3 million worth of the illegal drug shabu in separate operations in Zamboanga City, GMA News TV program Balitanghali reported on Saturday.

In the Barangay Putik buy-bust operation, PDEA agents arrested three suspects and seized half a kilo of shabu.

Meanwhile, in the Barangay Tugbungan operation, agents arrested another three suspects and seized over a kilo of shabu.

According to the PDEA, several of the suspects sourced their drugs from Malayasia, and smuggled the drugs in through Sulu and Tawi-Tawi. — DVM, GMA News
