Video captures moment of blast in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat

Closed-circuit television footage obtained by GMA Regional TV One Mindanao showed the exact moment of explosion of a suspected improvised explosive device in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat on Saturday.

The blast occurred at 7 a.m. at the parking area for motorcycles in front of Isulan Public Market.

Seven people were hurt in the blast.

Authorities identified a few of the injured as Nasim Gulano, 24; Jarren Limani Amigo, 24; Niño Biñas Virgo, 28; and Tenecio Cagadas Jr.

Authorities are still investigating the blast. —KG, GMA News
