Ex-vice governor of Sultan Kudarat shot dead

A former vice governor of Sultan Kudarat was shot dead by a gunman "riding in tandem" on a motorcycle on Tuesday afternoon.

Rolando Guerrero was gunned down in Barangay Bilumin, Lambayong town, according to a Super Radyo dzBB report by Carlo Mateo.

Police Regional Office 12 said the former vice governor was in his pick-up truck on National Highway when the gunman began shooting at him.

Guerrero was shot several times, resulting in his immediate death.
