Red alert level raised in La Mesa Dam area due to Ulysses

A red alert status has been raised in the La Mesa Dam as water level has reached 79.17 meters due to heavy rains brought about by Typhoon Ulysses, according to the report of Luisito Santos for Super Radyo's DZBB.
