Kiko leaves a trail of damage across north Luzon provinces


Heavy rains and winds brought by Typhoon Kiko damaged infrastructure and property across several north Luzon provinces.

According to a report on "24 Oras," several boats in Batanes were damaged due to the onslaught of Kiko.

Benguet, meanwhile, started its road clearing operations.

In Tadian, Mountain Province, several roads were impossible due to rock slides.

Some houses in Licuan-Baay in Abra were also damaged amid the onslaught of the typhoon.
