Cubao fire razes 13 homes

A fire in Cubao, Quezon City razed 13 houses early Sunday, the first day of Fire Prevention Month.

According to radio dzBB's Manny Vargas, the fire started at 3:40 a.m., and reached the second alarm at 4:22 a.m.

No one was injured in the fire, with property damage estimated at P100,000.

Investigators were still looking into what caused the fire as of posting time. — Joel Locsin/DVM, GMA News
