This Sunday, GMA News TV brings back the first season of “Stan Lee’s Superhumans” on Philippine free TV.

Hosted by Stan Lee, founder of Marvel Comics and the legendary creator of some of the most popular comic book superheroes, and Daniel Browning-Smith, who’s been dubbed as the world’s most flexible man, this incredible series goes in search of people with genuine, real-life super-powers.

For its pilot episode, Daniel investigates four people, rumored to have amazing abilities. In India, he meets Rajmohan Nair, who claims to be immune to electrocution. While in the US, he finds Scott Flansburg, who can calculate complex arithmetic faster than anyone on the planet; Juan Ruiz, totally blind from birth, but apparently visualizes the world using the same form of sonar that bats and dolphins use; and Dennis Rogers, who claims to have super strength.

These "superhumans" undergo scientific testing that may help explain their astonishing gifts, and are then put to the ultimate test, to demonstrate what separates them from every other person on the planet.

Dubbed in Filipino, Stan Lee’s “Superhumans” will air every Sunday at 4:45PM, starting on January 12, on GMA News TV Channel 11.
