New Year, new you! Ito ang kadalasang New Year’s resolution natin at ang number 1 sa listahan na pagbabagong gusto nating gawin, ang magbawas ng timbang at maging mas healthy. Sinisimulan natin ito sa disiplina sa pagkain dahil ayon nga sa kasabihan “you are what you eat.” Ngayong gabi samahan si Kara David alamin ang iba’t ibang healthy diet na pwedeng subukan.

Isa sa sikat na diet ngayon ang pagkain ng organic foods. Ibig sabihin, walang pesticide o chemicals na ginamit sa mga pagkaing organic. At Isa pang health trend ngayon, ang pag-inom ng mga detoxifying juice. Kung mahilig ka naman sa gulay, pwede mong subukan ang veganism kung saan bawal kumain ng anumang karne.

Pero kung ‘di mo kayang pigilan kumain ng mga putok batok dish, para sa iyo ang ketogenic diet. Sa diet na ito pwede kang kumain ng mga fatty food tulad ng chicharon, lechon, sisig at bagnet pero dapat iwasan ang mga pagkaing mataas ang sugar content at carbohydrates gaya ng kanin, tinapay at pasta.
