Bawal ang Pasaway: Mareng Winnie says Heidi Mendoza has integrity

Mga Kapuso, alam niyo, kung ang lahat ng government officials at employees natin ay kagaya ni Heidi Mendoza, siguro wala na tayong problema. Bakit ko sinasabi 'yon? Kasi this woman has the necessary requisites for full government and public service. She has competence, integrity. And what's more, may malasakit para sa bansa.

 

Bakit competence? Aba she [has] Masters in Public Administration, CPA siya, and she has been a consultant for so many agencies like the Asian Development Bank, etc. She has served in many countries.

 

Why do I say that she has integrity? Because when she was a permanent employee of the ADB, and she wanted to testify for the government in a government-related case ni General Garcia, hindi siya pinayagan ng ADB. Nag-resign siya sa ADB.

 

Now, why do I say na she has malasakit? Akalain mo magre-resign ka from ADB. Ang laki-laki na ng sweldo mo e, magre-resign ka para makatulong ka lang sa bansa.

 

So what did we do? PNoy appointed her [sa] Commission on Audit. Diyan tayo nagkabistuhan, because alam niyo, mga Kapuso, it took her three years to be confirmed [sa] Commission on Audit. Ang sabi sa kanya, siya raw ay palpak, siya raw ay sinungaling, siya raw ay incompetent.

 

Sino ang mga nagsabi riyan? Ang mga kongresista, mga senador natin at saka 'yung mga lawyers ni Elenita Binay na pumasok para lang ma-stop 'yung kanyang appointment. 

 

Is this how we reward our good people? Ayan ang pasaway, mga Kapuso. At alam niyo naman, bawal ang pasaway kay Mareng Winnie.
