Bawal Ang Pasaway: Mareng Winnie on Ona and the DOH vaccine mess

Alam niyo mga Kapuso, kaya ako nag-aalala, naaabala ako, kasi noong December 2013, in-award

ni Pres. Aquino ang DOH, the whole department, for having achieved 'yung sinasabi na ISO-9001 2008 standard of quality management systems. Ibig sabihin nu'n, the Department of Health has achieved international standards in efficiency, minimum waste, etc.

 

Okay, 2014 nag-umpisa na ang mga batikos sa Department of Health at sa kanilang secretary na si Sec. Ona. 
 

Ano'ng sinabi? With regards to pneumonia vaccines, PCV 10 vs. PCV 13 tapos meron pang isa—'yung clinical trials with respect to dengue. 

 

Narinig natin ang explanation ni Dr. Ona. Ako, I accept it completely. So in spite of that, Sec. Ona's resignation was accepted.

There is no possible reason for accepting that resignation if you're talking about PCV and dengue. So what is the reason for accepting it?

 

Ang nakita natin, noong 2010 ang budget ng DOH P26B lang. 2014, P83B. Sa 2015, magiging P101B. Ang laki ng perang 'yan; perfect for politicians to get involved. That is my theory of why Sec. Ona was dismissed.
 

Talagang dismissed. Meron ka bang nakikita, I mean, three and a half years na nagseserbisyo ang tao ni hindi mo kakausapin bago mo [i-accept] ang resignation niya? It does not make sense.

 

Those are two pasaway situations. One, when you do not even talk to somebody you're dismissing after three and a half years of services. And two, when the supposed reasons for dismissing him are not  there at all.

Eh alam n'yo naman, bawal na bawal ang pasaway kay Mareng Winnie.
