Pinay wins over P387,000 a month for 25 years in Emirates Draw

A Filipino woman in the United Arab Emirates has hit the big time after winning in Emirates Draw's FAST5.

Emirates Draw on Facebook said Freilyn Angob won a monthly payout of 25,000 dirhams or over P387,000 a month for the next 25 years.

According to Emirates Draw, Angob is the second grand prize winner of the FAST5 draw—a game in which players choose five numbers out of 42.

"We were planning to get married, but my financial condition did not help. This win will end all my worries and give me financial security for a long time," Angob said on Emirates Draw's website.

"I will never forget that moment. I thought to myself again, maybe I won a small cash prize. But when I received the congratulatory email mentioning that I won the Grand Prize, me and my fiancé jumped from joy," she said.

The 32-year-old has been living and working in the United Arab Emirates for ten years.

Angob went to the UAE to look for better opportunities to support her family. She was a dental nurse but studied further to become a laser technician. —NB, GMA Integrated News
