How to grandstand for popularity? How to cheat despite of targeted computerized electoral system? How to promise people of their agenda? And several others. The next meltdown and potentially bigger and greater crisis is the shortage of food! Look all over Mindanao which is typhoon free empty mountains and land without anything except grassland for pasturing animals. Why can't a comprehensive agricultural system put in place and Department of Agriculture should be headed by an agricultural scientist that has a big insight and foresight to prevent catastrophic food shortage especially rice and corn.
