PHL Embassy in Madrid releases revised service fees


Philippine officials in Spain have released a list of revised service fees for Filipinos transacting with the embassy there.
 
In a news release, the Philippine Embassy in Madrid said the adjusted rates for various services went into effect on October 1.
 
The rate adjustments covered passport, visa, notarial and miscellaneous services, registration services, and dual citizenship.
 
According to the embassy, the new rates, in euros, are as follows:
 
Passport Services
  • Issuance of e-passport: 54.00
  • Amendment: 18.00
  • Issuance of e-passport to replace a lost MRRP/MRP: 81.00
  • Issuance of e-passport to replace a lost e-passport: 135.00
  • Travel Document: 27.00
 
Visa Services
 
For 9(a) Temporary Visitor Visa
Temporary Visitor Visa (non-restricted alien) for Business, pleasure or health reasons:
  • Single entry valid for three months: 27.00
  • Multiple entry valid for six months: 54.00
  • Multiple entry valid for one year: 81.00  
Temporary Visitor Visa (restricted alien) for Business, pleasure or health reasons:
  • Single entry valid for three months: 36.00
  • Multiple entry valid for six months: 72.00
  • Multiple entry valid for one year: 108.00
 
For 9(b) Transit Visa, single entry valid for three months for a stay of not more than 72 hours
  • For non-restricted aliens: 18.00
  • For restricted aliens: 36.00
 
Notarial and miscellaneous services
  • Solemnization of Marriage: 54.00
  • Certificate of witness to Marriage FA Form No. 41: 22.50
  • Acknowledgement: 22.50
  • Authentication of the official character of a foreign or local notary or other officials: 22.50
  • Veterinary certificates (dogs, cats, pets, etc.): 22.50
  • Transcripcion/recording of depositions for each page: 22.50
  • Translation per page/Legalization per document: 22.50
  • Interpretation per hour: 54.00
  • Sealing of casket (Certification): 54.00
  • Any other certificates: 22.50
  • NBI: 22.50
 
Registration and other services
  • Issuance//Renewal of Registration Card (Yellow Card): Gratis
  • Administering an oath and Issuance of certificate thereof  (including Report of Birth, Marriage and Death, etc.): 22.50
 
Dual Citizenship
  • Oath of Allegiance – Principal: 45.00
  • Oath of Allegiance – Derivative: 22.50
