Bangladeshi faces UAE court for lifting up Pinay's skirt, groping her in public

A Bangladeshi worker faced the United Arab Emirates (UAE) court after being accused of sexually molesting a Filipina secretary by lifting up her skirt in public and trying to touch her private parts, a report of the news site Gulf News said. The report said the Filipina, 28, had just stepped out of a public bus at Dubai Investment Park, when the 27-year-old Bangladeshi allegedly hugged her from behind. The Filipina reportedly lost her balance and fell down to the ground when the defendant allegedly lifted up her skirt. "Then he touched my top and bottom. Immediately I scolded him and cried for help. Some passersby rushed to help me and they restrained the suspect until police arrived,” the Filipina told Gulf News. As the Filipina cried for help, several bystanders came to her rescue and restrained the Bangladeshi until the police arrived. However, the Bangladeshi denied her claims, saying "No I did not do such a thing. I was not aware of what I did or what happened. I was not feeling well that day.”
