Pinay domestic helper pimped by husband's relative in Kuwait

A Filipina domestic helper in Kuwait alleged that she made a human trafficking by the cousin of her husband who allegedly sold her out as a sex slave to various men.



The victim, who was not named, escaped from her employer in Kuwait, according to a report on the “24 Oras” newscast on Friday.

She was promised work at a clothing factory by the suspect who instead sold her out to various men for sex.

Since she couldn't accept this, she went to her agency to seek help.

Her agency helped her pay her former employer P100,000 in exchange for her passport so she could return to the Philippines.

“Sana wag na niyang ituloy yung mga plano niya na maghanap ng mga babae para ibenta kasi po pangit po yun,” the victim said.

She said she only wishes to return home and be with her family after the pain she experienced. - Andrei Medina, VVP, GMA News
