Pinay ‘X-Factor Israel’ winner Rose Fostanes in PHL for one-week stay

Rose “Osang” Fostanes, the Filipino caregiver who won in “X Factor Israel,” is in the country for a one-week stay, a report on “24 Oras” said Wednesday.

Fostanes arrived in the Philippines on Wednesday night, the report said.



The report quoted Fostanes as saying she is currently busy recording an album and preparing for a series of concerts in Israel and Australia.

The report said there will be discussions for a possible Fostanes concert in the Philippines.

Fostanes, 47, a caregiver in Tel Aviv, surprised viewers of “X-Factor Israel” and swept its judges off their feet with soulful renditions of pop songs by the likes of Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera. Her finals song last January 15 was Frank Sinatra's "My Way." — KBK, GMA News
