Pinay who claimed to be a lesbian convicted for molesting boy in HK
A Filipina domestic helper in Hong Kong was found guilty of sexually assaulting her eight-year-old ward in 2011, according to a report on Hong Kong News.
In convicting the Filipina, Judge Johnny Chan of Hong Kong's District Court dismissed the defendant's claim that she was lesbian and not attracted to males.
According to Chan in his 27-page verdict, the defendant's sexual orientation "does not preclude her from committing the three offences and the uncharged acts in question."
The judge also ordered a psychological report about the defendant. He also wanted an impact assessment report on the young victim to determine how the assaults affected the boy.
The report said the sexual assault happened three times and started in 2011. It said the victim realized what was being done to him after he studied sex education in school.
The report did not identify the Filipina maid, whose sentencing was set on March 11. —KBK, GMA News
