All examinees pass June 2025 real estate brokers, appraisers SPLEs

All examinees who took the special professional licensure examinations (SPLEs) for real estate brokers and real estate appraisers in June passed, the Professional Regulation Commission said.

According to the PRC, all six test takers passed the real estate brokers SPLE, given by the Board of Real Estate Service at test centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and Singapore. They are:

1        ABELLERA, MARK ANDREW  MADULID
2        DIZON, BERNARDITO  DIAZ
3        MACABIOG, FLORDELINA  SADANGSAL
4        ORMILLA, REBECCA  ORTIZ
5        PADIERNOS, MARITES  SOLIMAN
6        SERRANO, CHARMAINE  CAMPOSANO

Charmaine Camposano Serrano of Lyceum of Alabang achieved the highest score of 87.50%.

Moreover, all four who took the real estate appraisers SPLE, given by the same Board in Doha, Riyadh, and Singapore, also passed. They are:

1        ELEGUIR, BENSUARDO JR  CALONIA
2        GALAMAY, VANESSA  VALDEZ
3        SOLICAR, MEZAHAB  GODINEZ
4        VILLONES, CHARLOTTE  LUDOVICE
