Filipina killed by American boyfriend in North Dakota

A Filipina was killed after she was shot by her American boyfriend in North Dakota, USA.

Investigation showed Arnalene Rapalam was rushed to the hospital, but died later on, according to an Unang Balita report on Wednesday.

Suspect Eric Venn has been arrested, who is now at Ward County Jail.

Police have yet to issue a statement regarding the motive of the shooting.

But according to the friends of the victim, the two had a quarrel prior to the shooting, and Rapalam had planned to separate with her boyfriend.

Rapalam's friends are gathering funds to retrieve her remains and send them back to the Philippines.
