'Born to be Wild' celebrates victorious 'firsts' on PHL TV
'Born VICTORIES'
Airing date: December 28
This year, Born to be Wild recorded “firsts” on Philippine TV, and even set a first for the world.
In Thailand’s Mae Klong river, Kiko Rustia joined researchers in their study of threatened giant sting rays. For the first time in the world, a live semen sample was collected from a giant sting ray to possibly help them breed.
Another first on Philippine TV – the documentation of a blue whale and its feeding behavior, record sighting of newly discovered varanus bitatawa reptile in Aurora province, and the first Filipino to summit the Carstenz Pyramid in Papua, Indonesia!

New records to kick off the new year! Born VICTORIES airs December 28, after Saksi.
