A grumpy, smelly and super dirty fiend named Pataponpon is out to dump tons of trash in the Fantasy Tenement! No wonder Kuya Oca Boca, Happy Land’s Tenement Landlord, is worried out of his wits! Good thing Ana, Buboy, and Ming Ming are there to calm him down! Ana has a brilliant idea that could help save the Happy Land Tenement from all the mountains of trash. Her solution: a simple phrase taught to her by Kuya Oscar, the leader of their waste committee in the community. Kuya Oscar always tells them “Bawas kalat, bawas tambak, happy ang lahat!" But how will they use this to defeat Pataponpon? Can this simple phrase help the Happy Land Tenement residents fight their filthy foe? Will the Happy Land Tenement be a happy place again? Naku, nasa matinding panganib ang Happy Land! Isang mabaho at maruming monster ang gustong sumakop dito, si Pataponpon! Gustong tambakan ng basura ni Pataponpon ang buong Tenement sa Happy Land, kaya namang landlord na si Kuya Oca Boca, alalang-alala sa kahihinatnan ng Happy Land Tenement! Mabuti na lang at may baong panglaban sina Ana, Buboy, at Ming Ming: isang mahalagang kaalaman na natutunan nila mula kina Tita Auring at ang leader ng waste committee ng lugar nila na si Kuya Oscar! Ang turo ni Kuya Oscar: “Bawas kalat, bawas tambak, happy ang lahat!" Pero sapat ba ang kaalamang ito para mapigilan ang pagkakalat ng basura ni Pataponpon? Magiging happy kaya uli sa Happy Land Tenement?
