HUMAN PLANET AIRS ON GMA THIS MARCH
Narrated by Kara David
Every Wednesday and Thursday night, after Saksi, beginning on March 12

This March, GMA airs “Human Planet” – BBC’s breathtaking blockbuster natural history series celebrating the complex, profound and sometimes challenging relationship between humankind and nature – every Wednesday and Thursday night, after Saksi.

From the frozen Arctic to steamy rainforests, from tiny islands in vast oceans to parched deserts, people have found remarkable ways to adapt and survive in the harshest environments imaginable. We’ve done this by harnessing our immense courage and ingenuity; learning to live with and utilize the other creatures that share these wild places.

Every episode of Human Planet focuses on a particular habitat and reveals how its people have created astonishing solutions in the face of extreme adversity – from rainforests to the middle of the ocean, ice-capped mountains to the driest deserts. At the end of the series, Human Planet visits the urban jungle, where most of us now live, and discovers why the connection between humanity and nature here is the most vital of all.

Narrated in Filipino by award-winning documentarist Kara David, BBC’s Human Planet will air every Wednesday and Thursday night, after Saksi, starting on March 12, on GMA.
