During the first week of September, the Guinness World Records recognized Colombian Edward Niño Hernandez as the World's Smallest Man. But his record-breaking height of 27 inches is now challenged by June Rey Balawing of Zamboanga del Norte. Balawing is only 22 inches tall. What is the reason behind his stunted growth?
