Sa taas niyang 6'4", binansagan siyang "Tower of Power" ng PBA. Sa mahusay na abilidad ni Benjie Paras sa paglalaro ng basketball, sabay niyang nasungkit ang "Rookie of the Year" at MVP of the Year awards noong taong 1989. Nadagdagan pa ang mga parangal na ito sa kanyang 15 taon na pagiging bahagi ng PBA.
 
Pinasok din niya ang mundo ng showbiz at kadalasan ay nalilinya niya sa pagpapatawa. Bukod pa sa mga talentong ito, alam n’yo ba na nagtapos siya ng kursong BS Tourism sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas?

At 6’4”, he has been dubbed the "Tower of Power" of the PBA. Because of his impressive playing skills, Benjie Paras was awarded both the Rookie of the Year and the Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards in 1989. He would garner more awards in his 15 years of playing professional basketball.
 
He also entered showbiz where he made a name for himself as a comedian. Aside from these talents, not many people know that he majored in BS Tourism in college at the University of the Philippines.
