Earthquake of magnitude 6.4 strikes near Shijak, Albania —USGS

An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 struck 10 km (6 miles) northwest of Shijak, Albania, the US Geological Survey said.

The quake, at a depth of 10 km, hit at 0254 GMT on Tuesday.
