The last supermoon for 2020 lit up the night sky on Thursday, GMA's resident meteorologist Nathaniel Cruz said.
In his report on 24 Oras, Cruz said that the supermoon is 30 percent brighter and 14 percent bigger than the average full moon.
According to NASA, a supermoon occurs when the moon reaches its closest point to Earth.
